I came in last week, Tuesday i believe, to see if my key fob battery needed to be replaced. Long story short, my car alarm/horn kept going off randomly during the day and when i looked up reasons why it may do that, i narrowed it down to my key fob battery being low. I had everything else checked out at a shop. I walked into this store and asked the guy at the desk to see if i needed a new battery, he went in the back and came out less than a minute later and says âyep it was lowâ and proceeds to check me out..i said âoh you changed it already?â which he said he did..charged me $18 and some change and i went on my way..i had that gut feeling that something was off..like how did he change it that fast?? Anyway, went home and went about my day. My alarm/horn went off again! Multiple times! So i had my BF change the battery in my fob, just to see if it was really replaced or not, i ended up having the battery i needed at home the whole time..he change the battery, which took a good few minutes just getting into the fob..my alarm/horn has not made a peep since! The guy working the desk never changed my battery and charged me as if he did! Iâd love to get a refund, but how...
Read more!!!PLEASE READ !!!Have been getting my screen repaired here for about 2-3 years so I thought I could trust them, Kelby the manager repaired my screen and then tried and successfully sold me a screen protector product which I asked him to apply and he did, BUT what he failed to notice was the product was DEFECTIVE and never properly stuck to my phone. I wanted to return the product so I called and was told originally I could get a refund but only the manager could authorize it.Long story short my screen cracked again and now I'm stuck with a defective screen protector and they won't give me my money back even though KELBY which is very condescending and rude saying " the screen protector stuck fine for me" or the receipt they gave me never stated products were none refundable, I asked to talk to the owner but coincidentally she's ill.I feel CHEATED and LIED to ,but my friends over at UBREAKIFIX helped me a bunch and their rates are lower and the service...
Read moreDo not come here if you need an iPhone screen repair, or better yet any iPhone repairs at all. After three attempts for an initial cracked screen repair, my phone is now a greater level of messed up. No more cracked glass, just multiple lines on my screen, random ghost touches, and the now constant complete screen malfunction where it does not work at all. For the cost of roughly $810 or $275 for each failed repair, you too can waste money and break your phone even more. On top of that, the battery on my iPhone is starting to malfunction as well. PLEASE before you consider even thinking about coming to one of these places to fix your iPhone; check your warranty or pay the mighty cost of a legitimate Apple repair. If I could go back in time and save myself from stepping foot inside of this place I would. Instead, I can only warn others about the provided hack job this...
