My only issue with Crubl is not having appropriate packaging for products. In my opinion, an employee should never have the reason to telll a customer that the customer can’t shut to box because it would ruin the decorations. I’m sorry, but I buy Crumbl for a gift. I typically get the four cookie sampler. I bought 2 four cookie boxes a few weeks ago and one was the Beetlejuice design. I was told I couldn’t shut the box. So, I’m supposed to drive 30 miles with an open box and then give it to the people in an open box??? That’s ridiculous. If you can’t provide appropriate packaging, maybe you shouldn’t be making that product. Stick with the regular cookies, Crumbl! Which brings me to my other bad experiences.Twice now when an employee has dropped my cookies or when I’ve asked to remove a cookie/product because the box won’t close- the employee gets the box dirty- icing smeared on the outside and they don’t offer to replace it! So, now I’m supposed to give a gift in a dirty box??? Ridiculous that they aren’t training employees on basic customer service. The cookies are good, but service...
Read moreThe cookies are always good. The service has been lacking as of late. We ordered ahead of time and paid so when we walk in we give our name so they can make them fresh. Today we walk in and there was no one but staff in the store, gave our name the young man walked to the back, was gone for a minute. During this time two people walked in and 2 delivery drivers came in. Two of them ordered as they walked in. We ordered 4 cookies only one with frosting/topping on it. We were the last served. All four of those people got their order before we did. We heard them complain about was going to make the cookies. The young man the finally gave us the cookies said a very half hearted “sorry”. This is just poor customer service. We love Crumbl please do better or at least...
Read moreI was surprised how messy/dirty the floors and counters were since this location is so new. I stood at the counter for several minutes before someone walked up to help me. My experience with Crumbl in the past was always polite customer service and effort in making the boxes presentable but for some reason the Gallatin location gave me a box covered in frosting and oil from dirty gloves. There was no thank you or eye contact when the cookies were ready. Just called my name, handed me my boxes and walked away. Not upset, it’s cookies after all, but disappointed. I don’t ever leave reviews on stores and maybe they do it differently at the other Crumbl stores I’ve been to. Won’t use the Gallatin...
