I would like to start out by saying I have been a loyal customer of this company for many years. After today I can no longer say this! I reached out regarding the price increase that happened to be on tax free weekend… I felt like this was odd timing for the price increase and I wanted to make them aware of how this looks. I then received a call from the “Owner” Mason . This call went south fast. He started out by letting me know why the price was increased. Which was fine until he decided to talk down to me and yell. During this time he told me that if I don’t like the way he does business then good riddance that my business wasn’t need. This rant went on for sometime until he began to scream into the phone using awful language. I hope he gets a complaint department because he should not be handling it himself! As a Volunteer Traditions customer since day one in Knoxville (Purchased the original belt, which I still wear 10 years later!) and now a frequent customer of the Nashville store for me, my family and number of clients and we have all had great experiences shopping over the years! I've always wanted to stop by and look inside. When I first walked in, the guy at the front desk was super helpful and even mentioned the sales rack. They had the best sales I've ever seen. Two additional workers came in and said hello! I've never felt so welcomed in a store before! I asked about their ties, and they were out of stock. The employee instead of just saying, "we are out".
