Bad experience. I order three bunnies online and please them to protect the tag so that it will not folded on the way since they are gifts for my friends. After I got this package, two bunnies are folded severely. I also write the same notes to another store. After I receive them, toys are carefully wrap the tag with paper and they highlight the note on the receipt. However, this store has no protections. And their reply is they box them best and whatever happens after shipment is out of control…. REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. If never look at the notes, then what's the use...
