You should not order online or at the drive thru here. Your sub is most likely to be incorrect unless you watch them each step of the way. If your sandwich is missing something, such as double meat, you’ll have to take it back for anything to be done about it. I tried to submit a ticket online regarding a near-meatless sub I received when I paid $3 extra for double meat. I got some copy/paste email apologizing and have not received any further response about it, even though I had a picture to show them and have been a loyal customer, spending hundreds in the last year.
