Dollar General — Local services in Gallup

Sad to say guys, this store is an accident waiting to happen. Isles are way too cluttered with items that need to be stocked and always one cashier when it's that hectic time of the day. I would recommend management get on top of duties per employees and straighten this place up. Nothing bad on the customer service always very polite . Just may need to stay late to get disarray cleaned up or, show up early to get that all done. OSHA would be stunned to...

When leaving Gallup, I usually stop @ this DG site. I used to like the store, last week I stopped in to grab some stuff, was ready to check out & notice the cashier was just very rude. I know she had a long line of customers but she didn't have to have a bad attitude about it. I don't stop there anymore, she just gave the store a bad name. Needs more customers service training...

Convenient and close by, it is nice to run in to grab some last minute things like milk, bread, and soap. The seasonal items are a good selection to get started ahead of time. They also have a app you can clip digital coupons and use in the store. A hello while entering is a good experience to start your shopping....
