We haven't had subway in forever. We decided to place a mobile order 10 mins before arriving at this location. We arrived at approximately 930pm [1 1/2 hrs before closing], and there were 3 ppl in line. We see a sign above the register [mobile pickup], so we stood there waiting to be assisted. 1 employee acknowledged us after she cashed out 2 customers, let her know the name on mobile order, and she said it was not ready. We waited an additional 7 mins for our 2 footlongs. I'm not sure how their mobile system works, but it seems like we were better off walking in since all the customers that were in line were assisted 1st. We finally received our order, checked them before we walked out, and 1 sandwich was missing mayo and tomatoes, we notified the employee, and she gave us a side of each to apply ourselves 🙄. We wins for their six dollar subs in February deal while we were in town, for some reason it cost more to buy the sandwiches on sale and Gallup then it does to Buy them off sale in Albuquerque. Also the food absolutely honestly, does taste like garbage. Everything had absolutely no flavor, not the olives, or the chicken, the green chile, not even the bacon. No idea what they've done to it.
