Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Gallup

So I needed to pay $7 for two ice cream minis but when I was about to pay their stall where you pay charged me $9.99 extra which I didn’t click. Then I informed the staff about this matter but she told me to come back tomorrow for the refund because her manager wasn’t there. So, I go back the next day and ask for the manager again because the lady that was serving us told me her manager was going to be there that following day, then another lady tells me her manager isn’t there because it’s his day off and this is on a Saturday now so she told me to come back either Monday or Tuesday but I asked if she was sure about this but even then she said maybe, this lady was already being rude at this point and when I kept asking different questions she just kept saying “like i said i don’t know either Monday...

I’m not sure if this is the worst Sonic or the other Gallup Sonic on 66 on the East side of town. Waited for about 8 minutes after pressing the Red Button, before someone greeted me from the speaker. I ordered a large Coke Zero w/ extra ice . She then asked” Wait are in a stall or the drive through?” A bit baffled that this store lacks the technology to determine where I was located, I said, “terrible name but I guess you might call this a stall”. More like no stars. I waited an hour for two chili cheese dogs and chicken sandwich meals. The order taker was very rude, the cook clearly does not know how to read his/her monitor, drink maker all my drinks were wrong! The carhop was nice apologising for his co-workers, he even said he would make my sandwich after returning the third time. All of this could've been a better experience unfortunately they're only there for a pay check. This establishment clearly is lacking in all aspects and it's disgusting. Definitely need a health inspector if the cook is this aweful. Simple be nice, don't serve food you wouldn't feed your child, and better...
