I recently took my watch into this jeweler to have a battery replaced. I have had this watch for a long time and I have had the battery changed here previously. My husband took the watch in and replaced the battery. The watch was water proof. I always wore it in the shower, the beach and the pool. I don’t dive! The watch was not taken in any depts other than my shower the next day. The following day my watch had water under the crystal. I asked my husband to take it back to Diaz to see if he could properly seal it so the moisture would not be an issue. The jeweler took my watch and came out and showed my husband that there was a “pinch” in the gasket and said that the Crystal also needed to be replaced. When my husband came home and told me what happened I asked him to pick up the watch because the watch had no moisture issue prior to the battery change and I did not trust him to “fix the watch” when it didn’t need fixing until he did the battery replacement. When my husband went to pick up the watch the Crystal was missing. My husband asked him where it was and he said he had broken it. But he was intending to charge me for replacing it and never divulged that he had broken it. I think this is unscrupulous that he intended to charge us to repair damages that he caused. I will never use this jeweler again and I am ashamed that a local business owner(which I am) would conduct himself in...

Today I toke my brand new watch for shortening of its band and ask from a lady in this store to fix it. She gave it back to me after spending 10 mintues in the back of the store where I couldn't see her. The watch fell off of my wrist 5 seconds after I tried it, inside the store. Then I noticed scratch on the watch and ask her for the reason. She admit she used a hammer to push a pin inside, because she could not lock the pin in. Obviously she didn't have the skills and knowledge to fix the watch and damaged it. I easily got it fixed in Houston but those scratch is not fixable...

They did a beautiful job on my ring. It was my mothers ring and I needed it sized to fit me and it was a lot because my mom was very small, he made it look perfect like it had always been this size, he even put the lines in the ring because it’s 3 connected rings with a very wide band.
