The service rep, Eddie, was courteous and did a great job cleansing my couch! I even asked him to work in my home with no shoes and he was very respectful of my request. He also kindly ran his hose over my ottoman too! I also work from home and can say that Eddie was quick and mindful of the fact that I was also working.
