Currently one of my go-to places in this part of Meridian/Boise area as far as Japanese restaurants go. As far as price-value ratio of the meals go, this restaurant has one of the better offerings. The staff could be the friendliest staff I've been to, of any restaurant here in Idaho. That is already enough this reason to give this place more than one visit.

As far as food selections go, I won't say that this place has the best one among the other Asian restaurants in this area, though I can name more than enough personal favorite meal items to go back to this place.

The sushi selection is served in an appetizer-sized plate on top of a rotary conveyor thing that gives you something to munch before the main meal arrives to you, and these rotary selections are priced just right in such a way that you won't over-spend money once you're done eating.

My personal meal favorites are the Gyudon (best Gyudon I've tasted in Meridian so far), and the fried rice (which also could be the best fried rice I've tasted if you consider...

I’m always a little hesitant to try a new sushi place, because quality can always be a little “iffy” here locally... however we popped in last night for an impromptu visit and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by friendly staff and a sushi chef who had a laugh that made me laugh! The restaurant was not very busy, so we grabbed some samplings from the rotary sushi bar, which were good, but my favorites came when the chef started telling us (and then making) “customer favorites” and I could quickly see why they were favorites! The food was fresh tasting, and my personal favorite had lemon on it (the crazy roll, I think?) and wow- did that make the freshness pop!!! My sushi loving 12 year old was at camp, so we will definitely be back once he’s home to try some more rolls, as there was no shortage of options to choose from! Not the cheapest place in town, but I’ll take clean and fresh over...

I've eaten here many times and the quality and flavor has always been consistantly delicious. I've eaten at about a dozen different sushi places, but this is now my only sushi go to! The atmosphere is perfect for a date or group fun. There are tables, but the fun is sitting at the revolving conveyor belt that is loaded with a variety of sushi. Each plate is priced by color of plate from a couple of bucks to $5 for the more embellished sushi. My favorite is the crazy roll because it has the lemon tangy twist I prefer. Their nigiri and sashimi are always absolutely fresh and tasty. The rice is just right and rolls are never over stuffed with it... They also take requests if you want a specific item on the belt. I ordered a serving of salmon sashimi and it was beautifully served and I regret not taking a pic to post here. They also serve food for the non sushi eaters. Prices are...

Rotary sushi has a twist to their food and presentation. They have a moving set of metal that moves around and you just pull off what you want. It’s not AYCE. You can order from their menu as well. My favorite is something called fire paradise. When you order it they ask how hot from level 1 to 5. Told the sushi I like it spicy so I told him 3 or 4. He strongly recommended 2 so I agreed. Boy was I glad I did a 2. It was very good but the heat was different and will have it again
