Subway — Restaurant in Idaho

Horrible customer service. It was my first time going to this location and also my first time trying a new sandwich. I went 9/21 around 7:30 and it was a lady helping me out. I ordered the #9 champ as well with another sandwich. While I was ordering the #9Champ I was unaware that it already came with the green peppers and onions on it while they toasted it. Well I asked her to put them on the sandwich while she toasts it and she says “that’s already how it’s suppose come” in a very rude tone. Not gonna lie after that I was very rude and she deserved it. Let alone talk about how much there prices have went up. I used a coupon for buy a footlong get a footlong free yet a still paid $12. I remember when subway was $5 a footlong. Obviously there prices don’t even compare anymore. I know the employees can’t control the price but having to deal with the horrible customer services and then the prices, I doubt I’ll be going back to subway...

Worst customer experience I've ever seen! Was in this store when a guest came in and wanted to place an order. The guy refused his buisness because he did not have a mask. The guest followed social distancing more than required. He didn't ask why the customer wouldn't wear a mask. After listening to the exchange I left as well as the guest. I asked in the parking lot whybhe didn't wear a mask. He qas a vet with a breathing issue due to something that happened in the military. He follows guidelines as Ibm stated of social distancing. This a sad place do due buisness if we let employees get disrespectful in the matter the subway representative did. I myself would have at least asked why. If it made sense then let him order. Also there was only myself and that person. More than ample distancing was there. Shame on you subway! Also the mask isn't a law it is a guidline IF needed. Either way NO Way to treat a Vet! ...

Worst Subway experience of my life. I now question the freshness of ANY of your products. "Eat Fresh?" I bought three milks and a footlong sandwich. I tried to open the first milk and it was leaking, so I opened another and it was pretty much exploding, and I take a drink and it tastes sour. I go to the third one and look at the expiration date...the 22nd! Come on guys! These milks are 9 days expired. You mean no one has checked the drinks in at least 9 days!? What does that say about the freshness of food on my sandwich? I'm not a picky person when it comes to food, except for my milk. Drinking old milk is so gross to me, and a lot people. The whole store was gross. The cookies looked old, they were all mixed together on one tray. The food uncovered and the presence alone was just hard to look at. It honestly felt like you just...
