had my nails done by Henry and I am so happy with the way they turned out!!! I've been to a dozen different salons in Boise and either didn't return due to the quality of the work or because of the customer service/atmosphere. That wasn't a problem here at all and I have such a sense of relief that I finally have somewhere to consistently return to. When I came in, he offered me water and even a margarita! He took his time with my nails, but still had respect for my time. He even made sure along the way, that I was happy with what was being done and gave me full control, even down to the shade of pink that I wanted with my "pink and white" set of acrylics. And the way he did my nails was different compared to every other salon I've been to! At the end, instead of a clear coat, he put white cream/polish and "buffed" the nail with heat. I can tell they're going to last a lot longer. His was very thorough and the attention to detail was perfect considering I'm very picky.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend this salon. I left with a huge smile on my face. The price was affordable, the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable and the quality of work/attention to detail was on point. Went for the first time today. I went at five and it was very dead, probably because of the weather. I showed them what I was wanting more or less. I added the photo of what kind of style I wanted. I asked for almond shape, acrylic set. I got just that as well with gel polish. The cost was $60 for what you see. The person who did it was a guy named Thang. He did a great job and you could tell he really pays attention to detail. When he wasn’t happy with how one nail looked, he was not afraid to start it over to make sure it looked nice. Along the process, he would ask if it was to my liking. The reason I give it 4 stars is because I didn’t find the establishment very friendly. They weren’t rude per se but definitely lacked that friendliness that i typically experience. Not a how you doing or how your day in sight. But overall, not super unexpected at a nail salon like this. No waxing services unfortunately (I asked the nail tech and he said no) but I will definitely be going again to get my nails done regularly here. I was happy with the quality and how they came out. My daughter went to get her nails done with a few family members, some got just pedis, which were fine, and they left early. They mixed up my daughter’s nails with my younger sister’s nails - my daughter was supposed to get gels, my sister acrylic. This was both their first time getting nails, so neither knew what the process was supposed to be, and the nail techs didn’t speak enough English to make it clear what was going on. What’s worse is that the gentleman who did my daughter’s nails was WATCHING A TUTORIAL on how to do acrylics the entire time, she said he was very rough with her hands, he used his own fingernail to push back her cuticles (gross) and he cut the side of one of her fingers. I was livid when they got back home. My sisters nails were nothing like her inspo picture and looked like gels done at home. They weren’t busy at all, and were incredibly rushy.

If I had been there, I would have refused to pay the $60. We will absolutely not...
