Burger King — Restaurant in Idaho

Burger King is one of my favorite fast-food joints compared to the others the ones last night around 10 i went to Burger King. the drive through lady said that the drive-thru was broken and asked if I could come inside not a problem then get inside what I can tell I'm the only guest after getting my drink and sitting down i notice most the tables even the one im at are dirty any way. I ordered two cheeseburgers two things of nuggets and a Texas whopper meal it's the one thing that I get for me it's my favorite food came out quick I waited only about 5 minutes to me that's a little too quick and then got home and start eating it either the two people working don't care or they just got done with a busy Rush my Whopper was dry the bacon was Hard and overcooked was soggy towards the center of burger the cheese was melted but had gone back to a solid state I work in the food industry I get it but there is no reason why my whooper came out as disgusting as it did those patties had set there for at least 30 minutes to an hour you guys fed me old food that most likely been time temperature abused not held at correct temperatures the Whopper and cheeseburgers should not have even been done at the same time as the french fries and the nuggets french fries and Nuggets takes about 5 minutes I didn't even finish the Whopper it was so gross thank you Burger King for ruining my night I hope you...

In reality I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This place is a JOKE! We pulled up to drive thru and was told.. be with u in a min. SEVERAL minutes later we said hello and was reaponded with, sorry about that what can i get u. So i place my order. 2 whoppers and a jr bacon cheeseburger. Get up to window and pay. Sat for another 3-5 mintues waiting for food. Finally get the food and start to leave and realize she didnt give me my reciept.( So it is their policy if no reciept given then food is free. ) i go inside and the manager wouldnt give me my money back and asked what i wanted... maybe some free cookies. So i take cookies and go home. Get home and one whopper is smashed with pickles on outside of bun, 2nd whopper has brown and wilted lettuce, jr bacon cheeseburger had NO BURGER. Drove all the way back and was greeted with what would u like me to do about it from the manager. Working in retail myself she never should have never asked me what i wanted and just automatically apologized and refunded money and offered to remake.WILL NEVER GO BACK to this place!!! Ridiculous!!! I went to Wendy's instead and it was WAY BETTER!! And the girl at wendy drive thru said she had same problem with this joint and wont go...

Stopped in for a chocolate shake, a vanilla shake, and a vanilla ice cream cone. From the pictures can you tell which shake is supposed to be chocolate? Me neither. The taste has some chocolate in us to it but obviously it’s chocolate flavoring and nothing real about it. We usually go to the Burger King on Glenwood which of course is an older building but we always have really good food out of there including these two small 9oz shakes they started doing for a dollar. When I put in my order the guy who took it said “is that all?“ And then the woman who took the payment– I’m not sure if she was in training or what was going on but she barely spoke to me and when I asked if that one was really the chocolate she just handed it to me. Thankfully she did remember to give me the straws at the end but didn’t say anything else so I sat there for a second not realizing that I had everything and could go. Again I didn’t get a receipt otherwise I would’ve used to do the survey. I’m only reviewing on here because I would have reviewed using the back of the receipt if I’d been given one.
