Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Garden City

They let good solid workers slip thru their fingers all the while letting lazy, complacent rehires take credit for one persons efforts and hard work. Pretty sure all shifts should be on the same page but the graveyard gets the worst end of the stick every time. Two people running the show at night but 4 to 6 people during the day and the service and food was better past 10pm every time. Future hires listen up. If you want to bust your behind and get played go ahead and apply. 16 yr olds at McDonald's will make more than you. Attitudes of leave it for the next person costs you good people every time. Don't trust them when they say hold each other accountable cuz they just avoid the responsibility and leave it to someone else(graveyard). I've always loved Jack in the box but I'm now non rehirea le because I got fed up with so much put onto my plate all the while working 6 nights a weeks. No questions on what could we do better to accommodate or reason with to keep you happy on shift? Just bye your let go and your opinions and complaints went unheard and credit for your amazing times and repertoire with customers went to other workers that did nothing but make mistakes constantly and make the job harder for me cuz they weren't sure on what they needed to do before shift end. Couldn't manage basic crew tasks while being paid team leader salary. --- guy with the spiked hat and tattoos that made customers happy and gave you the best...

Dined in today. Horrible customer service! We waited in line for someone to get a combo meal for $1.84, then she got handed a free milkshake. Waited about 7 minutes at the counter to get our order taken with only 1 person in front of us. Had all of our food come out all at random times. (There were 4 of us) I specifically asked for NO LETTUCE on my food, they put lettuce on it. Upon receiving my food (about 6 minutes after all the other food came out) I saw the lettuce and went to the counter to show them along with my receipt that said no lettuce. The lady at the counter proceeded to tell me she put extra lettuce because she thought I would appreciate it. I told them I will take it off myself because I don't want people touching my food, so she starts ripping my sandwich apart, taking the lettuce (or at least most of it) out by herself..... my fries that were suppose to come with my meal magically came out when all of our food was just about gone... really unsatisfied with the service. I will NOT be going back to this location and will also be leaving complaints with the store manager, general manager as well...

I usually have a good experience at this location, order is always correct, staff is friendly, I’ve never had anything to complain about. Last time through however was rather irritating. No complaints about the atmosphere or staff, but my order was all wrong. I had ordered 1 egg roll and large curly fries, when I opened the bag I saw they had packaged 3 egg rolls and given me regular fries. I was irritated of course that I had been charged for 3 egg rolls when I asked for one, but what really got me was the fries. No offense whatsoever to Jack in the Box, everyone has their preferences, but honestly the regular fries are immensely disappointing so I never order them. I was actually pretty upset to see that I hadn’t gotten curly fries because Jack in the Box curly fries have a way of curing depression and I really needed them, it was just very upsetting to be charged almost $16 for a meal that I didn’t order, the only thing they got right was my shake.
