I've never been to an Ollie's before, but this was amazing. It's like the clearance aisle of a regular store, but the entire place is like that. Love it! Everything was well priced and not outrageous. My friend got fun items, necessities, luxuries, and chirstmas gifts, an entire cart full of stuff and didnt break $100. My stuff was great priced too. Plus, they had things I can't find in Walmart or Target. Storytime: There was a problem with a product that I noticed. I told an employee, and they took all the bad products off the shelf. Now, there were more of these items in a different area that did not have this problem. I still bought it. While I still browsed, I saw the employee and the manager fixing that entire section. Then, when I went to check out, maybe 30 minutes max after I told the employee before the cashier made sure my item was fine. She specifically checked for this specific problem before ever ringing it up. So not only did the staff fix said issue immediately, they informed the cashiers to make sure nobody left with a bad product. Absolutely astounding! Will 110% be...
Read moreWalking into Ollie’s, I wasn’t expecting much beyond the usual discount store vibe. What I didn’t expect was to be greeted by the soundtrack of an all-out verbal brawl between a manager and an employee. You could hear every word through the door—manager screaming, employee screaming back. He tells her to clock out and leave. She’s clearly not going anywhere. Way too much for a casual...
Read moreI was a faithful shopper there until today (4/30/24). I watched the manager (?) of the store out on the floor yelling and belittling a worker because she had made a mistake. She apologized several times and he just kept going at her. I've never been so disappointed in a store like I was today. I won't go back as long as he is there. I understand having to correct an employee but not out on the floor and not like that. It was very unprofessional, demeaning and appalling the way he...
