Sign Center — Local services in Garden City

Not sure what to think… sign center has been my primary go to for real estate related signage and I’ve always been treat respectfully, with curtesy I’ve never had complaints. The last couple weeks I’ve called down there for a simple commercial rider sign, a lady has been answering the phone, first just her questions about what I wanted where just well kind of rude… I want a simple commercial rider…. Nope don’t have it.. ok only because I was in a rush I said I would call around, her remark was a laugh and “good luck with that”. Needless to say I called back and said I would like to order one to be made, I was told it would be a few days.. ok called back four days later to see if it was done… I was rudely told no we have not even started, apparently she took down my email wrong and I needed to ok the design… jeez it’s only a commercial rider. Needless to say at this point I was frustrated and decided I would go elsewhere. Called a shop in Caldwell and a very nice lady said, we can make that for you today. Is Sign shop under new management? New owner? Honestly I’ve never been treated like this from them. This person was rude and condescending… who talks to their customers like that? I just don’t have time nor patience to deal with people like that. Rant over… sorry for the...

We have used The Sign Center for two different projects in the last five months. Treg Gorringe has always been extremely helpful with design, production and when necessary, installation of signage for our new business. We followed Treg from his previous position at a competitor because of the way he always responded to our needs in our previous business with banners, signage, vinyl graphics and ideas to assist us with marketing. Prices were right, and more importantly, the finished product was delivered on time. We strongly urge anyone needing The Sign Company's type of products to reach out to Treg. He's a rock star. If i could give them less than one star I would. Have no idea were these other people went for signs but this was not it. Find somewhere else to get you signage. Walked in was told to contact specific employee, sent emails no reply, went to store he was always just missed, lunch, etc. finally talked to him and gave him the information he requested to get my sign done......nothing, wont return voice mail, email, nothing! Finally gave up and went elsewhere. With in one day had my quote for everything I needed. Find somewhere else to get your signage done, don't waste your time with...
