The Home Depot — Local services in Garden City

I ordered some tile and i was told it would be there that Tuesday and that i would be receiving an email and a text message to notify me when it was ready for pick up. Tuesday came around didn't receive any notification, so i waited until the next week. I called and was told my order was there. I drove 45mins to the home depot only to be told that my order wasnt there and that it would be there the following Tuesday. I waited again and once more didnt received any email or text about my order even though the MANAGER was supposedly going to personally call me when it came through and was ready for pick up. I waited another week called and was told my order was there and ready for pick up. I get there only to be told AGAIN that it wasn't ready!!! Even though i had just called 2 hours ago and was told it was READY. This time they went and actually put my order together bc guess what my order had been there for a whole month and they were just to damn lazy to put it together!!! Miraculously i was sent an EMAIL AND A TEXT STATING MY ORDER HAD BEEN READY SINCE A MONTH AGO!! Very poor service! If i could i would give them a...

Worst Home Depot Ive ever been to. We ordered a stove, fridge and dish washer. They ordered the wrong dish washer and had another on clearance so we chose that one. The girl was clueless on how to run the computer. Called a manager over and she couldnt figure it out so after 2 hours we were fed up and just ordered a different one. Fast forward 2 weeks to go pick them up. We had zero help loading the fridge on the trailer after waiting an hour. No one and I mean no one asked to help us. Couldnt grab the dish washer because they messed up that order too so we had to make a second trip. Waited 45 mins this time to go back to the desk and ask where it was. This dude comes by and she asked him where it was and he said he couldnt find it. Didnt tell us or anyone just went on with his dsy. She told him to go look again and wouldnt you know it he comes back 5 mins later sliding it across the floor. So i slid it all the way to the loading bay and got the heck out of there. understaffed on weekends, no phone call to tell you when online orders arrive in store, items ordered appear to have been picked up by someone else...idk how it claims online must have photo id..., im still on hold so who knows, went in person three times just wanted to buy concrete stain and sealer for floor but haven't been able to talk to someone about what i need still, gallon buckets just say tinted but are blue color so is that blue or can i add a different tint to it? maybe just take it to paint desk and add some paint and try to figure out there shaker I guess self serve might be only way to get things done these days...next trip im doing it myself if i cant get help worst they can do is kick me out no loss if I can't get service. . , Company just got to big with out the help to support what they sell....so ill spend a few bucks more now for service and knowledge at someplace smaller like builders first choice the old 84 lumber yard in garden.
