10 stars if I could, not only are the drinks and everything else absolutely delicious, but it is a very modern and cozy and relaxing environment that anyone could just be at for any amount of time to enjoy their drinks and laugh and talk, and the employees to top it off are very fun and make you feel welcome, and remembered every time. I live out of town but make sure every single time I’m there or nearby, to stop by and try something new, working down the menu until I try everything, and nothing has disappointed me yet. Cold black tea with boba is my usual when I do go here. With the recent bitter cold weather, I gotten a hot black tea the last two times. The two times, I had tea spilled over me, my car, and burned me. The hot drinks cup isn't sturdy enough for the lid to stay on, and it's more dangerous and frustrating when the super hot tea is filled to the brim. I had to try to drink a portion of the tea, before taking off so it won't spill more; leaving my tongue burned. Otherwise, my experiences are usually pleasant. Today the store in the afternoon it was busy and I could understand it can be overwhelming for workers sometimes but today I was waiting for my boba and saw they just placed a drink out and didn’t say anything so I approached since it looked like my drink and when I asked the worker “is this the brown sugar boba” she looked at me annoyed and said “what do you think?” And had a faced like I was asking a stupid question.
