I went through drive-thru during evening shift and I gave the correct code for bone-in chicken. The person could not hear my order, they need to update their intercom system. I used a $30.99 coupon for a 14 PC bone-in chicken and I drove home. I live all the way across town and find out they gave me chicken tenders. So I called them and told them about my order being wrong, they asked to come back and bring the tenders with me. I was so angry and hungry, they took up my time and gas. So I drive back and they wanted me to give back the chicken tenders for the bone-in 14 PC which I believe is totally wrong for contamination issues. The 14 PC chicken they gave me was all dried out and I imagine it had been sitting there under the heating lamp for far too long. No apology whatsoever with bad actitudes from the employees, no discount, not anything at all to make up for their mistake and wasting my time and gas. Read moreWe were in the restaurant at 12:41 CT on 5-18-2024. It was a warm day, and we walked into the restaurant and thought the heater was on. The kitchen workers were doing their jobs, but it was hotter in the kitchen as well. They were leaving the drive-thru window open for air to blow in. We tried to ask the cashier if she could open at least one of the doors to let air blow through, but she didn't speak English, so she didn't understand our question. That was another minus for this restaurant. Employees working in America should speak the language here. If I lived in Mexico, I would learn to speak their language.
We luckily had folding fans in our purses to use. Otherwise, we would have gone to another restaurant. Due to the language barrier, I may not go in there again anyway. Plenty of places to eat in this town that there aren't any language barriers. I am very happy to see all young people working and making a living but I hope her english gets better. While ordering I could hear her laughing,then got up to the window the manager took forever to give the worker at the drive thru my change, I was finally given my change then food. I asked if I could have ranch for the tenders since I wasn’t asked what kind of sauce I wanted, she said ranch for your tenders? I charged you for bone in chicken? She then took the bag back and looked at the manager worker, then looked at another female worker who then started laughing and just started staring me down through the window. Was given the food but all was old and hard even the biscuit was harder than a rock, the sandwich couldn’t even be bitten into!!
