Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Garden City

Its ross so I enjoy shopping there but at this particular location there is a manager who I think is new that I feel needs more training and doesn't have good customer service skills. I tried returning shoes and because the marker was no longer on the shoes he tried telling me I couldn't return them because he didnt know if they were from there even though I had the tags, receipt and the card used for the purchase. (I kid you not) Eventually he gave in because I read the return policy to him and he couldn't deny he was wrong. He definitely needs to know his own return policy if he's going to manage the store. On a different occasion I wanted to try on some shorts. I had a tube of lotion that he held onto for me which was fine but when I came out he grabbed the shorts from me and examined them as if I had something to hide in them even though he knew I had nothing else when I went in. Black mold and rust?? Bought this yesterday didn’t even think to have to check for mold or rust. Got it back home went to put them away and seen it. So y’all buy from here check for mold and rust. Called to speak to the manager was put on hold. Hung up on. Proceeded to ask me if I knew her name to be able to talk to her (call was recorded) Then told she wasn’t there, then was but was too busy to call later. So I did and they tried saying she wasn’t there once again until I finally got ahold of her and she didn’t seem to find the issue at hand too serious. Which is Werid since it’s literally black mold. Cheap selections.. and I enjoy looking thru the LARGE SELECTIONS for even cheaper stuff.. a bigger store would be perfect for this location. Staff is ALWAYS working hard to keep the store flowing as much as they can.. nonstop shoppers... nonstop workers. Dont like the big lines to check out.. love love LOVE the late night...
