Starbucks — Restaurant in Garland

I came into the Starbucks inside the Super Target and ordered a Passion Tea Lemonade. The cashier Marlen got my drink order wrong, and I asked her nicely to remake it and she half assed the job. I watched her pour some of tea out and just add lemonade. Which was incorrect as I worked at Starbucks for 2 years and know the recipe. She walked out of the cafe and I asked the other cashier Elijah to refund me bc my drink was still wrong. He apologized and remade my drink correctly. I'm giving it a 1 star bc of of her awful service. Elijah was very nice and I appreciate his efforts but Marlen should have fixed the problem when I told her the drink was wrong the first time. Came to Starbucks today just to take a little break and recharge. The vibe inside was super chill — soft music, cozy atmosphere, and not too crowded. I ordered an iced latte and it was honestly really good. Smooth, not too sweet, and just what I needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and didn’t rush anything. It’s always nice when you feel welcomed without pressure.

Found a seat by the window, plugged in my laptop, and got some work done without any Wi-Fi issues. There were people reading, chatting, working — a nice mix, but still quiet enough to focus.
