Yesterday, a friend and I were on a mission to help another very sick friend find a mattress that would accommodate her special needs for when she is able to return home from a long stay in the hospital. During our visit yesterday we were helped by Ray Driggers. He greeted us upon our arrival, answered the immediate questions we had, but the store was quickly inundated with multiple customers needing his attention. He expressed that he was regretful that he was not able to give us more specialized attention, but we honestly had acquired the information that we needed to go back to our friend and report on our findings. Today we returned to the store with some specific requirements from our sick friend and luckily Ray was uninterrupted by other customers and gave my friend and I some of the best customer service we have ever received. He answered every question, made suggestions, listened to our concerns, made more suggestions and ultimately helped us find what we hope will be the perfect mattress for our friend. This was an incredibly important mission that we were on. Ray made what could have been a difficult decision super easy for us. We both left knowing that we will be Mattress Firm customers for life. Not just that, but we would go out of our way to deal with Ray personally again if we were given the opportunity. Thank you Ray for using your knowledge in a kind and respectful manner to help us. Upon arriving, I planned on getting a little information then be on our way; history of looking at furniture has left a bad taste in my mouth so I didn't want to be "sold" anything. After walking in, we were greeted by Ray - he asked how we were doing and said simply, I'm here if you have any questions. He let us be while we walked around and tested out some of the mattresses. After a while, he came by just to see if we had any questions which we did. He answered everything, then let us be. Long story short, we ended up chatted with him for a bit, discussed our needs and he helped point us to what he thought would be best for us given the information we gave him. He was not the pushy salesman that you typically see in other stores, very helpful and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We walked out after having made a purchase. Not only do I feel we got the right item (i've done waayyy too much Google research) but he also helped save us a chunk of change by steering us away from the things that we didn't need. I would honestly work with this store and Ray again for any future needs. I'm beyond excited to get our new bed! ...

I hated our softer mattress and decided to purchase a Firmer one the next time we upgraded. I was convinced I needed Firm! I told Kyle repeatedly I needed Firm, I got my Tempur-Breeze Firm mattress home and Hated It So Much I Couldnāt Sleep. š¤£š I got exactly what I wanted and hated it!! Lucky š for me the company offers 1 exchange, and 1 return on the purchase. I called the store and spoke to the Gentleman who works on Tuesdays, he laughed with me about my decision to buy a Firm mattress and invited me back to the store to try out the other options. We ended up going with a soft Tempur-Breeze with an adjustable base. Both deliveries were professional and cause little disruption to the house. Today we returned to the store to order our free pillows from Tempur after having difficulty placing and online order for them. Kyle remembered us when I called the store and was friendly when we met in person. I canāt wait to put my new pillows on the bed and complete the set. We spend a third of our lives in bed, let these people show you some amazing ways you can look forward to falling...
