Just left here, and food was fresh and all employees besides Jason the store manager smiled and greeted my family and I. He asked what we wanted and then wrote it on the bottom of the plate and waited for another employee to serve it up and then started wiping down counters instead of helping other customers. He got in an argument with a customer over the amount of food. The customer wanted steak and was willing to pay the cost for it but received less than the serving of chicken he ordered and he asked Jason to even it out and they got into an argument over it . The whole place heard it and that was very unprofessional. The employees there were working harder and faster then he was. A few customers sat there waiting to be helped as he was directly in front of the customer mixing food and wiping the counter. Customer service is about helping the customer right away and greeting them in a friendly manner. I do not feel he is cut out for a store manager. He didn't ask a customer for here or to go and he started putting it in the Togo box and she said oh it's for here and the look on his face was disgusting and he dumped it out then said oh do you mind it in this? How rude!! About 6 or 7 people were sitting around waiting for their food because he wasn't picking up the pace and helping his employees get them their food. As I sat and ate my meal I watched how they all worked and saw how they handled a rush and Jason seemed to just be in the way and slow everyone else down. During a rush is not the time to wipe the counter instead of helping guests waiting to be helped. Also he stood there mixing the food and didn't even acknowledge the guests in front of him. Read moreI have never in my life left a review but because I’m worried this may be the culture of this location, I want to warn others like me to be careful spending your hard earned money here. I came in to pick up a to go order. There is a sign on the wall near the register that says online pickup. I stood near there & did not get acknowledged. Fearing I was in the wrong place, I proceeded to head to the rear of the line near the start of the food service line (there were no other customers in line at this time). A female employee walked up, looked me in my face and proceeded to work on other orders. Not wanting to kick up a stink I continued to wait & after a few moments, went back near the register where the cashier (male) proceeded to not acknowledge me. Again, this wouldn’t have upset me if a male customer hadn’t entered after me & was immediately greeted by the female employee that previously ignored me on the line. By this point I was standing in front of her again and she turned away from me to greet him & ask how she could help. Livid at this point I walked back to register & waited until she got there & proceeded to check him out. I interrupted that I had a to go order & was wondering why I hadn’t yet been assisted by she was assisting someone who came in after me. She told me to “wait” and proceeded to check him out. Then walked back to the line. The original male cashier then comes from behind her to greet another male customer that walked in after & got him on his way with his to go order. Read moreThis place is so UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER has anyone that knows the system and can help out. I placed an online order for pick up and received confirmation that it would be ready by 9:20. I sent my sister and law to pick it up and she calls me telling me that they don't have my order and that we didn’t place it with them like what? I sent screenshots for them to see so they had to REMAKE my order because apparently they didn’t know where it was etc. Had to wait extra 30-40 minutes for that, food comes home and the order is wrong 🤦🏽♀️ I called back to the restaurant because at this point I just want my refund like there’s no point going back and waiting AGAIN. I called the first time. No Response. Called a second time and the lady who picked up was someone named Marrie or maria idk but she didn’t know how to help at all whatsoever. Restaurant closes at 10:30, I’m explaining to the employee the situation and she tells me to pick up the replacement because they don’t do refunds even though it was THEIR MISTAKE. I tell her is literally no time for me to go because they’ll be closed by the time I get there and she just wasn’t understanding so I asked for a manager or corporate phone number because CLEARLY they won’t do anything about it. She says i can pick up replacement next day but I ordered my food for tonight not tomorrow so a refund is only fair to me as a customer that had to wait extra time for a mistake on their part NOT ONCE BUT TWICE.
