I went to Great Rooms with my two wife and two young kids at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon looking for ideas and pricing an inexpensive replacement mattress for our camper. We had no real intention of buying that day because we didn't have our truck with us. Their employees were knowledgeable and helpful, and didn't mind our kids climbing all over the furniture. We found several good mattresses in our budget, but didn't end up buying during this trip because of transportation issues getting the mattress to our camper. We decided to shop around to see what other stores had to offer.
We found out that Great Rooms had the best mattresses at the best prices for our situation. We decided that we wouldn't find a better deal and should attempt to get a mattress home despite our transportation issues. But it was 30 minutes after the store closed! I decided to try a shot in the dark and messaged them through Google services. They responded and it happened that the owners had stopped in to the store briefly for another matter. They were willing to stay for me to come by.
I hurried over and, after several other issues popped up, bought a mattress! They were kind, considerate, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. The mattress I had originally wanted wouldn't work due to my transportation issues, but they recommended another. I was hesitant, because there wasn't a flour model to lay on. But the owner was confident i would like it based on the mattress I had wanted to buy. They assured me it was a better mattress and a better deal, and even made me a contingent offer that I could return it if it wasn't what I wanted. They were right, it is a great mattress! We are very pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend this store and will be a return customer for other needs...

The only time I tried before was at a "Big Box Store" and was so turned off by the pushy salesperson... we not only DIDN'T buy anything, we NEVER went back! Night and Day difference with Great Rooms! My wife and I were warmly greeted and welcomed by Heather and Jessica then allowed to plop from one couch and chair to another, endlessly, without the stress of someone "hovering" (trying to make a "sale"). They were always available to answer questions or to show us fabrics and features. SO MANY CHOICES! My wife and I basically agreed on what we liked but weren't prepared to purchase on the spot. NOT A PROBLEM...here's my card. It was such a pleasant experience, I went back a couple days later by myself and paid for a new Ashley couch and Flexsteel recliner that soon was delivered to our new home by two WONDERFUL gentlemen that, not only, took the time to protect every possible surface from potential scratches but placed each piece exactly where my wife wanted, set up and plugged in the recliner and made SURE that when fully reclined I wasn't going to hit the wall ! Read moreI purchased a couch and loveseat from them in May. I purchased the warranty for the couches. I was told that the warranty covers anything. They were delivered June 1st. When the delivery guys was setting up the loveseat, a wire was pulled out of mother to recline the loveseat. They said another would be ordered and they would be out to install it when it came in. In July I stopped by to check on it and was told by Brandon it wasn't in yet. I haven't been able to use the recliner on the loveseat. August 5th I had a fire and the couches has smoke damage. I turned it into the warranty company August 9th. I finally on contacted the warranty company on August 27th to see if they were going to cover the smoke damage and was told no. I called Great Rooms to let them know that the warranty does not cover anything. Brandon told me I should read the fine print and the motor still is not in. He will let me know when it is in.
