Hobby Lobby — Local services in Gaylord

I would definitely give FIVE🌟STARS🌟 if only the store had an electric cart 🛒 available for people with disabilities, like myself. 💡HINT, to store owners; the more time buyers spend in the store, the more items that are purchased. Therefore, a long, leisurely afternoon spent shopping in Hobby Lobby equals more items purchased and a larger amount of money spent. So, for me, and others with similar disabilities, (I'm on oxygen 24/7 and have other problems, also) the knowledge that I'd need to push a cart 🛒through the store makes for a very short trip, OR the decision to shop elsewhere, at a store like Joann's, that DOES have an electric cart🛒 available. PLEASE get at least one of those carts for each of your stores because I think Hobby Lobby is a fabulous store!!!🌟 Employees are always friendly,🌟 knowledgeable🌟 and courteous!🌟 The store is always clean and neatly arranged. Thank you for letting me post my opinion. And thank you for a wonderful store. Now...if only you would get those...

The usual HL experience. We were greeted on the way in, found what we wanted (yarn and candle wicks), as well as some extras that caught our eyes. My daughter found a mushroom lamp that didn't have a price tag. It was the only one on display, so cashier had to call for a price check. This took quite a while, so we cashed out and wandered about the store. If course we found more items we couldn't live without. When we returned to the cashier, she had received the price ($10.99! What a steal!) The problem I am having with HL is that their anchor product lines are disappearing (yarn has gone from 3+ aisles, down to barely 1 1/2 aisles), only to be replaced by things like bath towels, sheets and dishes. A disconcerting observation was that there were A LOT of empty shelves with a big "D" written on the shelf tag. I suspect these are items sourced in China, which now require paying a...

My favorite store is the Hobby Lobby in Gaylord Michigan!! They are extremely kind and caring every time I walk in! Yesterday, since I live 40 miles away,I called to ask if they had 3 different greeneries I needed for a wedding arrangement I am doing. They were gracious enough to go look for me and since I have MS and am having difficulty walking, she asked me how many of each I needed. Kim said she would gather what I needed and have it ready to pick up in the morning ❣️❣️I can’t express how grateful I am, except this review ❣️To top it off, I ordered way too many roses…what was I thinking???😂😂 They said not a problem to bring them in with the invoice ❣️❣️Not one scolding that I should have been more careful in my order ❣️❣️God bless each of you...
