My mom and I stopped at this location on our way up north and everything about this place was so great that we even stopped here on our way back home! All of the workers here were very friendly, especially our cashier Garrett who we saw on both of our visits that weekend! Top notch service from Garrett! On our 2nd Culver’s visit of that weekend the employees here were Wonderful! I was trying to help an elderly gentleman seated in the lobby area with placing his order. He was looking at one of the printed take out menus and circling things he was allowed to eat (due to allergies and other health conditions) and there was another employee (I did not catch his name but he had a beard and curly hair, he helped me encourage this customer on the differences between a double & triple burger) along with Garrett, that was able to help me to get this man everything he needed for his evening dinner. I could see how pleased this man was with the way we were helping and getting his order placed correctly. I think we all really made his day!! Whenever I am in this area, I will stop at this location because of the employees that work here! They are really doing such a great job! For those of us concerned about the higher pricing of Culver’s lately, it’s chain wide and shouldn’t be complained about on each locations reviews. Prices are generated outside of the actual restaurant establishment in...
Read moreCulver's use to be our favorite place to go, even with the high prices. We always drive-thru, 2 little Chihuahua's travel with us. We stopped in for dinner on June 1, '23. #1 could not understand the girl on the drive-thur speaker. #2 find out drinks are no longer part of the meal and you switched from Pepsi to coke products, a disappointment! #3 2 dinners cost $35, wow #4 Go to window to pay, asked for 2 pup-cups, which our 2 little dogs look forward to very much, they actually get excited when pulling in to Culver's. And the girl at the window hands me 2 pup-cups filled with whip cream topping, WHAT, so I asked, she said "it is too expensive to hand out yogurt in pup-cups, my dogs were so disappointed, we threw it in the trash. I am pretty sure the public would be happy to pay a small fee for the pup-cups. #5 Our order, asked for ketchup, no ketchup. No napkins. The burger was over cooked, burnt. The 3 piece cod dinner was saggy with oil, the dinner roll was beyond dry, no butter. First time so disappointed with Culver's. We most likely won't be back for...
Read moreWe've been going to this Culver's several times a month since they opened because of the food quality, cleanliness and friendliness of the employees, however we'll be going to one of the many other eateries in the area from now on.
We went inside so we could take our time eating our meal, BIGLYEST MISTAKE! The only employee wearing a mask was an older lady who was washing tables. If I had seen the cooks before we had our food, we would have left. If lack of masks on employees and customers was the only problem, I probably would have given 3 stars. Unfortunately, that was the smaller problem.
Our burger patties were room temperature, we had to assemble our sandwiches ourselves, the fries were cold, the girl who brought our food just dropped the tray on our table and was surly, the boy who took our order was so intent on listening to his coworker's phone conversation that I had to repeat my order 3 times and his coworkers were so busy discussing personal, they couldn't be bothered to actually interact with...
