I don't normally leave reviews but this little caesars either needs an entirely new staff or to close its doors for good. I just wanted two hot and READY pizzas from the drive thru. I waited in line for over 15 minutes (which by itself isn't bad, I have had to wait over 45 minutes at this location before) when I got to the window I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come to the window as a least 3 staff members stood around just talking. One of them finally came to the window, she was clearly pregnant (congrats, good for her) but was also STONED OUT OF HER MIND. Her eyes were bloodshot (she was trying to hide them with a hat) and she reeked of weed. I asked for two pepperoni hot and readys to which she said "kay" and closed the window, did something on the computer, and walked away. About 5 or 6 minutes later she came back to the window with nothing and was too high to remember she had already talked to me so she said "Hi, what can I get you?" To which I replied " The two hot and ready pizzas ordered from you 5 minutes ago" then she said "oh, well it's going to be a 30 minute wait on hot and readys" At that point I told her that was ridiculous, someone could have told me that 15 minutes ago and I had already been waiting for over 25 minutes (more like over 30) and then drove away. This is the third or forth time this has happened in both the drive thru and the lobby. I only go back because they are still the cheapest place in town to feed my family of six. If you are going to advertise ready made pizzas, maybe, just maybe have those pizzas ready. If you are making 10 at a time and you are still running out constantly every night maybe try make like 15 at a time. READY MEANS READY. In the time I waited and would have waited for the pizzas I could have drove home and ordered a much higher quality pizza, had it delivered, and...
Read moreInstead of waiting in the huge line for "hot and ready" pizzas I decided to use the app and place an order and go inside to pick it up. When I got the email that it was ready and I had the code I went inside. When I walked inside there was nobody at the counter which wasn't a big deal I had the code to get the pizza, until it was a big deal because the code wouldn't work. After waiting about a solid 3 minutes I called out "excuse me" and waved for someone to come up to come over, when the young man came up to the counter I explained to him what the problem was and gave him my name. He said to me "oh your food had a huge hole in it and I'm re-making it" and then he just looked at me.. after a few seconds of waiting for the next steps to come out of his mouth I finally asked "so should I sit and wait, or go back in the car and come back in a few minutes.." and he tells me "uhh come back inside in about 10 minutes" which was also fine, I don't mind waiting who wants holy cheese bread right?! Moving on I'm back in the restaurant and its my turn.. I'm now explaining the entire story above to the girl that's behind the counter and she asks for the last name I tell her my last name (Barker) and she said to me "oohh haha like don't Bark up the wrong tree" and she skips away laughing and when she returns she has about half of my order and at this point I'm getting frustrated and ask where the rest of my order is.. she says "oh there's more?" I tell her yes there is quite a bit more.. she went back and it took her a few minutes but she came back with the rest of my order and tells me that I should put some of it in a bag and she gave me two and walked away. Although I'm not sure which was worse being insulted or ignored I am sure the customer service sucked and the food really...
Read moreliterally the worst experience at a business i’ve ever had. i’m sorry i don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was awful. Im a local and i did a pick up order in advance after work and it said it would be ready at 7:48. I got there a couple minutes early at the drive-through and the girl working said it was gonna be another 10 to 15 minutes. I said that’s fine and I waited. then 15 minutes went by, I pulled back up and the girl that was at the window now was yelling at the people in front of me. I had to wait another 20 minutes by the time I got to the window nobody came up to the window so I had to pull around and park and walk inside and wait. by the time I got somebody to talk to me I had been waiting 50 minutes and when I told this employee, the one that was yelling at the other people (she’s probably the manager long wavy blonde hair) she started yelling at me, pointing and getting in my face! and she said there was a mix up with my order, which i doubt because there was one man in front and two behind me that were all waiting just as long as me if not longer! she said that there were only three people there working, well the only girl who was actually working poor thing couldn’t speak English and two other lazy girls barely moving just standing around talking crap! so after i had waited almost an hour part of which was getting yelled at for no reason i finally got my food. that woman should be fired. and when i got to the parking lot there was a family waiting in their car that had been waiting before me and said that the manager that had yelled at me also did the same thing to them and told them to leave and get out of the drive through! they said they were going to call the owner or corporate and i hope they did....
