My first time there, she really spoiled me. Guys at AutoZone recommended them, and when I pulled up so did the cook fresh from their break! They were incredibly pleasant and didn't mind doing a "half and half" style so I could try the brisket and the chicken quesadilla! Also snagged some of the orange lightning salsa, my only feedback is to have a "sneaky secret extra spicy" salsa lol, I love heat. Brisket was actually amazing after being refrigerated and the chicken was mouthwatering from the initial dip into the salsa first bite. I honestly eat here 2-3 times a week while they are open. The staff is super friendly and some of the nicest people in town. The food is amazing and from my knowledge all made from scratch. The menu seems to confuse some but picking a filling and how it's served makes sense once explained. There's no ground beef but instead delicious bacon, brisket, chicken or veggies which are all far better.
