Placed a hold on two couches with this business was told hold only placed for 24 hours..had to return by 5 next business day, took my name and number and placed the hold. Came back next day 35 mile drive they were closed!!!!! Called the next day the lady was outlandishly RUDE denied the internet stated the business was open....she stated she had posted it online ...my review was done in the parking lot while using the internet site looking at the time and statement they were open!!!! And were obviously CLOSED RUDE PLACE on top that they are trying to get money for a better cause well they need to rehire they lady that answers the phone you'll never get sales...

I call this place to donate a 4000 square foot. Store full of everything you could ever think of and of course I wanted this place to come. Pick it up so that the community could have a chance to buy very nice things. Put the lady on the phone when I called. All she kept saying to me is it's up to you. It's up to you. It's up to you because they have a fee to pick up free stuff. And she told me that that fee is to pay for the gas and the people to pick it up. I thought that's what the sales were for I am not paying someone to come pick up free stuff. Very rude I will...

I buy a lot from this store. They are always very help full. Prices are usually reasonable but some times high but it goes to a good cause. Also they often have 1/2 price sales on selected items. Last week I was looking for a door and it was 1/2 off. I got it for $10.00. ...
