my bf & I went here sunday (3-23-25) we walk in. nobody was there to greet us, there isn't even a sign that says "please wait to be seated." anywhere. a guy with dark hair with face piercings walked by us, even a younger girl walked by us, looked at us.. didn't even seat us. i saw that there is obviously a stand where the hostess is supposed to seat you, no one was there. i feel like.. a hostess should be standing there to seat you but idk maybe im just thinking common sense here but anyways.. there was even girls behind the counter who looked at us but they continued to talk amongst themselves. so we decided to seat ourselves bc we weren't being helped, him & i were starving. finally a girl hands us menus & says "im just giving you guys a heads up that you have to wait to be seated." I said to her "there isn't even a sign anywhere up front or by the counter." she immediately walked away from me. water tastes bad, the iced coffee is just straight up black coffee, no sugar what so ever, hashbrowns are dry. as we were eating, the guy with face piercings & dark hair was seating people. huh, strange bc he walked past us & even looked at us. I noticed he was seating people, he wasn't very smiley or didn't even bother talking to the customers. need to work on customer service, fake it to you make it if you have to. please get your...
Read moreHad a HORRIBLE explerience this morning on our last Christmas shopping outing while our son was in school. No hostess available when we arrived (she was out back doing something and based on the fact that every time I saw her over the counter on the line, she was eating/chewing, that's probably what she was doing. We have not been to B-E for a while and when our breakfast was served I was SHOCKED at how LITTLE/small was our serving. The Western Omlet used to be served on a platter, this one was served on an 8" plate and barely covered it! The hashbrown portion was barely 3/4 cup. For a three-egg omlet the eggs must have been TINY! There was hardly any ham inside the omelet, however, at least they didn't skimp on the cheese. It was cheddar instead of American. At least THAT was tasty. The coffee was HORRIBLE! When we asked what brand it was, the server (who visited our table exactly TWICE besides the one time to take our order and one time to serve it.) told us, "Bob Evans." Our THREE DOLLAR cup of coffee was refilled ONCE!!!!!!!!! (That was the one visit and the 2nd was to bring us the bill.) $30.00 for two omelets and coffee could have fed a family of ten if I had bought everything and prepared it myself! Bad form, Bob Evans! We will NOT be coming...
Read moreWorst meal I've been served in a very long time, I ended up leaving without eating. Waited 10-15 minutes just to order. Then took 20 minutes to bring my cinna biscuits and they had raw dough popping out the top, it looked like icing! He took them back and returned shortly with decent ones. Then after a 35 minute wait we were served our food (minus butter for the pancakes and my extra gravy mind you) I stopped him as he set the plate down and asked if I could get home fries that weren't burnt black. He took my whole back from in front of me before I could snap a pic. Brought it back after scraping the potatoes off. Then brings more overcooked home fries. I said it's fine whatever I'm getting irritated at this point so he gets the manager and she says I must just not like them the way most people do?! So she makes some herself and sets them down, comes back in a minute asking how they are and I said idk I haven't tried them yet I was kind of preoccupied with this raw egg white (showing her) she gets huffy and says "well how do you like your egg cooked then?!" Umm... Not raw please?! So she huffs off and I try the potatoes, they are hard, undercooked. I'm done at this point, lost my appetite. We will NEVER return to...
