I really like the store. It has a lot of really cute items at a variety of price points. However, I bought a larger hanging shelf unit for $175.00, and I regret doing that.
They brought me one from the back--wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap--and when I took it home, it was defective. The structure itself was welded in a lopsided fashion and the four shelves could not be made level. I didnât check before I left because I didnât think a place like this would sell me something like that, but I should have! It was disappointing that they sold me something they didn't check in the first place, and I really didn't get reassured when I returned it. The employees didn't open the product to see what I meant by defective because they were aware of the issue. They also didn't offer to get me a different one from the back. They went on to blame the manufacturer, and when I suggested that they should probably check the other shelving units, they shrugged and followed with the excuse that their building is over 100 years old and it's hard to tell if things are straight. I guess I can see that for some things, but that's not the case with this one. I reinforced the message that they should really check because, for example, I live 45 minutes away and it was an inconvenience to have to drive back to return it due to defectiveness, and I just got an obligatory apology. Eitherway, had they said they would check the other ones or even offered 10% off my next purchase for the inconvenience, I would feel better about my experience; unfortunately, none of that happened.
If you own this businesss, please consider this crticism as a constructive suggestion. It's very easy and much more convenient to purchase things like this on Wayfair or Amazon. Nevertheless, I prefer supporting small businesses and would like to...
Read moreMy client and long time small business owner came to your store in the hopes of making business with you and after setting up an âappointmentâ (which why the way was far from being formal) you didnt seem to give her the time of day nor care about what came out of your mouth non the less to carefully see her product. I understand that everyone can have a hard day but to not care about seeing my clientâs products and ideas (amazing products and baby/child clothing) you went on to tell her that her website was nothing special and that you didnt like it (which you are entitled to your own opinion but you didnt have to be rude about it). This was an unnecessary and condescending comment that did not need to happen. I am very surprised that you, being a small business owner can have this kind of audacity. Any way, for everyone that has the intention of making business with this woman I would think...

There is a vast assortment of soaps, toiletries, figurines, costume jewelry, and unique gift items.
It's 2 floors of fun and I suggest that you stop in next time you're...
