THE BEST consignment store in the area. Their inventory always has the most unique, high quality, fashionable, and timeless pieces. Their prices are very reasonable. The service is always GREAT! I’ve interacted with most of their staff (as I live about 5 minutes away and pop in a few times a month since they ALWAYS have new inventory), and they have ALL been very helpful, informative, and kind. The store is beautiful, clean, and items are very well-organized.

Thank you to the amazing ladies (Catherine and Jane) for helping me out yesterday and being so patient, helpful, accommodating, and amazing! I am going on a vacation later this week and they are the ONLY store around with a Resort Section. These wonderful ladies immediately pulled out all of the pieces that they recommended for this trip (some that I wouldn’t have even imagined that would look good on me) - even went into their basement for extra inventory - and made sure I had an excellent experience at their store. Their passion for fashion really shined through. I walked out with so many beautiful pieces. They even kept the store open a half hour later, without rushing me, to ensure I had everything that I needed.

Beautiful clothing, but rude and entitled employees. Was in today with my mother, and we were very ready to buy two dresses, when another women walked in to collect her consignment funds and I believe put a few more things on consignment. The women who walked in told the employee working in the store she could ring us up as she knew her interaction may take a while, and the employee refused, and continued to take her time helping this women as we waited to be rung up for about 10+ minutes before leaving. The employee never even addressed us this entire time (we were the only other people in the store), never apologized for the wait, and seemed to prolong the experience with the other customer; there was no sense of urgency to help us. I have worked in retail myself, and I do not understand why you would refuse to ring up a customer, an interaction that would take maybe 3 minutes total, when the other women consigning her clothes specifically stated she was willing to wait. We also did intent to come back, and we circled the block several times, and looked back in the store window, and the employee and consignment customer were STILL not done. My experience with this upscale resale establishment was deeply concerning. The concept of high-end resale clothing & accessories for women is awesome. I felt comfortable leaving my high-end pieces as it appeared to be the perfect place to attract customers who valued certain brands and attire. While this may be true, they happily take in your items, but getting them back or monetary compensation required much more than I anticipated. The items accepted were no longer there or monetarily compensated for, when I returned on the exact due date. This happened two times. I was compensated for one dress. My first drop off, I had to return two times before they could find my unsold items. The practices and procedures at this shop seem to be shady, clothes are often unaccounted for, and even more importantly clients are valued and treated differently based what they perceive as clients who are worthy of their concept or brands. There are many resale shops in close proximity that are more deserving of your patronage. Use caution when buying or leaving items for resale.
