Awful experience. Worst customer service. Where do I begin??!! First off, you may want to get a new crew. The last 3-4 times I visited i have witnessed an employee displaying by body language, rolling if the eyes and just plain rude to customers. They act as if they a being bothered to do their jobs.
On this visit, a male employee was outside of the door smoking. I saw a no smoking sign. He came right inside and went straight to the register with washing his hands. I advised that the ice machine was empty and my cup was filled by the employee at the drive through. I placed my order and went to the dining area to find 6 tables which needed cleaning. I asked the same employee if he could have the tables cleaned to which he gave me a black stare and said nothing. I proceeded to clean my table and completed my meal and 35 minutes later no one ever cleaned a single table. And they just were filling the ice machine in the dining room at that time too.
Oh and the shake machine was out of order AGAIN so I was unable to redeem my free shake.
I have never had such poor customer service!!! I will never patronize this location or recommend it.

Read moreThis was my first time at a Jack in the Box, and I am severely disappointed. I stood at the counter, ready to order for 3 minutes and I only got noticed because I cleared my throat. The only drink machine had almost no drink options and no ice. The 2 employees here seem nice, but neither of them understood English, and I don't speak Spanish, so it was a little difficult asking what came on the #10 I wanted to order. There doesn't seem to be a manager present, as it's just these 2 running the kitchen and counter. When I paid for my food, I expected to pay what was listed on the board behind the counter; $12.99 plus tax. For some reason, though, it came out to $13.68 plus tax, making the total $14.81.
To be clear, I don't mind the 2 employees that don't understand English. I do mind that someone who does speak English isn't present, like a manager, so that there is no confusion for customers who order. I also mind that the order board is displaying the wrong prices, and the drink machine has no ice and almost no drinks!
If this is what I can expect from a Jack in the Box, I'm probably never eating...

My wife and I pulled up to the speaker and the dude said "there's just two of us working here tonight and the car in the front of you just ordered a lot of food so it's going to be a while". Now okay that should have been the first red flag... But I waited anyways because I'm a patient person. When was my time to order there was a laundry list of things that they didn't have. The first one that really put me off was that they didn't have any ice.... How are you serving drinks if you don't have any ice?!
They also didn't have any tacos, no ice cream or shakes, the no ice thing, and he mentioned something else but it was so fast that I didn't even pay attention. So I just said I'm good, cancel everything and then just waited for the car in front of me to leave so then I could leave and go to a different location.
Maybe they were having a bad night I don't know but I won't...
