I would not recommend this store, at least for custom requests. At first Whitmire's seemed like a responsive and eager store when I approached with a custom request for Hammock-shaped earrings - giving me affordable options and an outline of what to expect, with a number to text, even saying it would be possible for me to get my custom request made and picked up before I left Pawley's. But then - silence. I sent a follow-up email to ask on the status of my request - silence. I sent a text message to an employee who had provided her number - silence. Now I'm not unreasonable - maybe the radio silence was because of Hurricane Debbie. Waited for a few days after the storm had passed, sent another email - silence. I absolutely love this store! The jewelry is beautiful - and every single employee will go out of their way to help you! Everyone is friendly and will take all the time you need to look at any of jewelry they have - or find what you are looking for.
