We had a terrible experience with a blonde manager who essentially accused us of being lying thieves when we returned to the location (per the direction of an employee) to replace 4 incorrectly made burgers. (So we're talking about $4 worth of food.) The manager was so hostile AND refused to replace the hamburgers because we didn't bring back the incorrectly made food (the employee didn't tell us to!). The experience was so horrible & ludicrous, that even though this location isn't more than 2 miles & 5 minutes from our house we have literally not gone there for 5 years. Fast forward to today when we finally decided it's silly to avoid the restaurant after all this time. My husband placed an order at 4:05 pm for $40 worth of food. He arrived home 4:55pm after having an even worse experience with the SAME manager, Stefanie. One item in our order was incorrectly made, the dine-in area isn't open (COVID), so he had to wait through the drive-thru line a second time for almost 30 minutes because no one would answer the phone so he could expedite the process. Meanwhile all the food, & 2 frozen cokes, have essentially turned from fast food to gross. Once again, manager hostile, Stefanie, was obnoxiously rude, didn't want to replace the food, absolutely refused to replace the completely melted frozen cokes, remade the burger wrong (again), took all the food back through the window, which they're not even allowed to do because of COVID, & likely returned all the same food to us because one five minute trip back to our house and everything was cold. She slammed the window shut before my husband could finish speaking to her. She stated she was a co-manager & refused to give the manager's name. We called & requested a District Manager's phone number & were told they weren't allowed to give it out. Any company that won't freely give out the information of higher level management does so because they either know their employees & service is bad, don't care, or both. AVOID THIS...
Read moreI’ve been going to Burger King every Sunday after I finish some work at the library. I did this because I don’t have time to cook for my fiancé before he goes to work so I decided we could both eat junk on sundays. It’s been awful so far, and after today I do not wish for their food any longer. I figured it up it was more to get a medium meal then the two for ten deal that’s a small. So I changed the order from the two for 10 to the medium meals. The lady at the window snidely says “it’s actually cheaper to get the two for ten.” So I debated back that you get more in a medium than a small and it’s barely a two dollar difference. So after she changes my order to the meals. She says you can up size the 2 for 10. So I asked if she could change it back. Watching her. She dramatically lays her head on the register and announces she can’t change it back and that it’s not letting her. She doesn’t ask for help she just says no. So I see cars wrapping behind me and said screw it. I go to the window she gives me the same look. Sarcastic. I ask again she says “No,” instead of asking for help. So I go to the front and the manager is up there she hands me the stuff. I tell her what happened and she’s says “I’ll talk to her, “ slams the window in my face and walks to the front counter. Also they forgot to ask what we wanted to drink and I was caught up in all of this I forgot to tell them so they just guessed. I was not being rude, I know it was difficult but I was trying to figure out the prices. Dirty parking lot, trash overflowing, poor service, poor management, no efforts given. I’d give them NO star but that’s not an option if you want to post. I’ll give more stars to McDonald’s and they’ve served people nylon......
Read moreFollowing a grandchild’s soft ball game at the nearby park, we stopped 8/25/2020 and ordered chicken sandwiches and chicken fries and an Impossible Whipper. The items I ate seemed undercooked. The BK staff was struggling obviously and overcharged us for items we did not order. Because it was late, we accepted what they gave us. The order cost over $30! We were served huge Sprite drinks that were not formulated properly. The chicken Fingers were definitely undercooked, we’re soggy and cold. I subsequently got sick to my stomach and have a headache. The Impossible Burger I ate was mushy and likely not completely cooked. Subsequently, I became nauseous, have a headache, and am likely experiencing mild food-sickness during the night after eating the food. I only tasted one chicken finger by accident. Something was very wrong at the BK site. Staff was overwhelmed with cars in the drive-thru. The milkshake machines were inoperable, we were told. Staff placed our order inaccurately, delivered items we did not order, overcharged us, and served hastily prepared undercooked food items. It was clear that they were overwhelmed by customers at 9:30-10pm on a Tuesday night. We will not patronize that BK location again and most likely will avoid BK completely in the future. We were trying to feed a grandchild following a softball game. The BK was close and his choice. I am subsequently noticeably sickened by the food I ate. The items were undercooked. I will report this experience to the Scott County HeKth Deoartment as well as the State Heakrh Department. The BK must change the way it operates or close down. They are not able to safely manage...
