Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgetown

Though, I was dissatisfied on my most recent visit, that the store did not have sodas or even ice for tea. To me, that is not an issue on the staff onsite. They were all doing the best they could. In fact, when I arrived at the window after I am sure they were berated by several customers before me, the associate at the drive through was still polite and doing all he could. In fact, I was a problem at that point as I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I asked about paying online etc. which they were not sure and then I mentioned google pay. They were very patient with me and let me get my phone lined up and they held the payment processor out the window and it scanned my phone. My order wasn't what I ordered and I was staying at a hotel. I ordered sauces for my food and they were printed on the receipt but not put in my bag. Tortilla was super dry and flaky. I ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa and they sent a regular one. When I called about it I was told they didn't have them at there store anymore which I am ok with but when I was telling them I didn't get my sauces or napkins or a straw for my drink either and that the burrito was dry and hard to eat the gentleman acted as though he didn't care. Grateful to have eaten something but did expect to have better quality and feel like listening to the customer about napkins and straws and sauces... would help management know what to ensure staff is making sure is given. This taco bell has the most incompetent people who obviously can’t read an order. I have NEVER had a good experience here. Every single time i place an order and have tacos that very clearly say NO LETTUCE 75% of my taco ends up being lettuce. and even if i take off the lettuce there is the tiniest amount of beef and like maybe 2-3 SINGLE pieces of cheese and the entire taco still tastes like lettuce. I can have 5 tacos be no lettuce and 1 taco have lettuce and they automatically go “oh so every taco has lettuce on it!🤗”. It’s so ridiculous and frustrating, by the time i go ALL the way back to taco bell and get it fixed then come all the way back home the rest of my food is cold.
