In February my father relocated from Georgia to Texas following a move from Tennessee two months prior. As we searched for similar similar living solutions, which prioritized friendly staff, great food, activities, amenities, value, and thoughtful solutions along an with aging pathway for any future care, we found one clear winner in every category. Two months later I have no doubt Grand Living - Georgetown delivers the best experience, and separately value, available when compared any other option in the area. From the initial meeting, to watching how the team very successfully handled a city-wide (Georgetown) power outage, a concerned resident trying to reach an external doctor, to regularly viewing the whole team's approach to all situations, I have been nothing short of impressed and grateful. I'd add an extra bit thanks to Cole Taylor, who handles their building and facilities. His professionalism in multiple areas and ability to handle everything from emergencies to guest and resident services or adapt to any request is simply next level.
