Versona — Local services in Georgetown

I was at my breaking point. You see, I'm not a shopper and I had to go in store shopping with my pre-teen daughter to find a specific color party dress for a very important dance. We had gone everywhere, at least 10 stores, looking for a hot pink dress that would flatter her frame, an extremely challenging task as the summer colors are out and fall colors are in, but we were up for it; until we failed store after store. It seemed like a lost cause. Both my daughter and I were on the verge of a major breakdown as we walked by the shop window, we spotted hot pink in the store. We didn't know if it was a dress, a shirt, a scarf but we knew we saw the color. When we walked into Versona we were warmly greeted by three special ladies that could tell it had been a rough day. Immediately they asked us what we were looking for and jumped into action. Within 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating, probably less than 5 minutes) they had pulled "THE DRESS" in the perfect color and SIZE! It was a miracle but wait there's more! Not only did we find the perfect dress, but the ladies also helped us find the perfect glitter boot to match and all of her accessories to go with the dance dress, again pure perfection. I cannot say thank you or express my gratitude enough to the three ladies today, but I can honestly say they saved a lot of grief and tears with their expertise, kindness and style. I'm forever grateful and am now a dedicated customer. I live out of state and visit the Georgetown area a few times each year for work. Each time I’m in the area, I stop at this store. Yes, I love the style, the price and the quality. More, I am incredibly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. On each visit, Christana is extremely friendly and helpful, while she runs around the store making sure it’s clean and well-stocked. Also, I met Theresa only once prior to today. Today when we met again, she commented on a detail from a previous interaction (likely 5 months ago). I was blown away! I am leaving this review with 5 stars because the store and brand are great. happened to stop by this store and it had such a nice variety of clothing which i thought would be nice for my anniversary. however, the people running this store definitely made me never wanna buy from here. i happen to be very indecisive with clothing so i’ll grab something and put it back asap. one of the employees here i guess thought otherwise and stopped my husband and i. she asked if she could ‘get these clothes out of my way’. she proceeded to embarrass my husband and i so i just hung up everything and left. i won’t be at a business that prejudices people who’re just in a rush for their...
