Staff and pharmacist are Very rude and have extremely poor communication skills. I have a 7 day window to pick up my Acutane, otherwise Ipledge will penalize me and make me start the program all over again. I was told my script would be ready in an hour by a staff member. I went to pick it up 5 hours later and they said it wouldnât be ready until Monday because they had to order it. A courtesy call wouldâve been great. The cashier looked at me with a blank stare and pointed to the picture on the wall and said âJesse did thatâ, so I assume Jesseâs responsible for the screw up. I call Monday morning and they tell me it wonât arrive there until after 2pm. I ask for delivery and they want to charge me $7.95 for delivery. Whereâs the customer service?? Itâs not about the $7.95, itâs the about making it right with your customer. I spoke with Daniel the pharmacist and he tells me âI wasnât here Friday so I donât know what happenedâ.    Read moreI had two separate encounters with Mayra at the pharmacy window. Both were not pleasant. She was having a difficult time finding my account (understandable-I was patient) instead of asking someone else for help she rudely told me to get out of line. I called the pharmacy directly and the confusion was quickly resolved. When I returned and provided the instructions to Mayra (that I was given over the phone and told to relay) she was audibly annoyed and let out a long sigh. Customers can also see you through the window and your obvious annoyance. She returned and sent my medication without any sort of apology for the confusion or attitude.    Read morePoor customer service. I had a prescription, and they decided to allow a separate facility fill. I asked them if they could fill it because I was very sick with covid. They quoted me an hour even when asked if it could be rushed. I parked and called the pharmacist, who said it was already filled. She could have told me, but let me head home just to turn around and come back. She could have told me but didn't.
The day before, I was picking up a script and they quoted an hour because they were running behind. The app said it was ready, which is why I went to pick it up.
I will be transferring back to CVS where they care about...
