I placed an online order from the shop two weeks ago. I was charged immediately for the item, and while I got a shipping notification, the item has never arrived. I've emailed, called, sent a facebook message, and left a facebook comment and have not gotten any response from this business. They've essentially stolen my money. They also charged me three times the shipping amount for the same item as a family member that lives on the opposite coast, who interestingly has also not received the item ordered. Ordered face masks and they arrived right away - perfect fit and the cutest prints. I don’t have filters to insert, but the masks do have a filter pocket if you want to use them. I picked these because they’re organic cotton; for something that is on my face all day, I wanted something pure and clean. 10/10 recommend!
