Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in South Carolina

Visited on 5/11/22. Ordered chicken tenders meal with fries. Payed cash and didn't receive change or receipt. My order contained three very small, old and cold tenders, roughly eight french fries and one onion ring. No sauce which was requested when asked. This is the first time I have actually just asked for my money back at a FF restaurant. I was offered the fresh tenders which all of a sudden were available but I opted for the refund as they should have had the good ones available for my order. It was obvious that I was given the old left over stuff in the fry basket, hence the one onion ring. My biggest regret was not taking a picture of the food I was given. I was not offered an apology by the manager for the poor quality of my order and I left, never to return. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!...

Well, we had an online order so we stopped in for that and I thought that it took a very long time for our food to come and when we checked in at the speaker, I asked for specific condiments that I had also checked on the app when I ordered online When the order out we did not have those condiments so we asked for those condiments again and he came to the car and yet again did not bring the correct condiments so that was a little frustrating. The milkshakes were very good as far as the atmosphere, it’s sonic so we knew what to expect. It was at least quiet because there was no one around us, customer service not most friendliest, but I wouldn’t say it’s a Knogo if you’re hungry and you got your condiments in the car lol...

I use to have no issue with this sonic.... but twice they've told me it was closed 10 and 15 minutes prior to the actual closing time and once I was even waiting in line.... other ppl were taken I was not. I made it a point to look at my phone to see the time. Being that I work late they are one of the few places in town open to eat once sonic turned me away, I drove to Georgetown 30 mins away because not even waffle house was open due to covid. why should I have to drive the total of an hour to georgetown and back just so I can get food, all because y'alls sonic doesn't want to stay open till close. This isnt counting when I got soggy fries and a burger that was pink inside I'm done giving sonic my money I'm...
