Buyer Beware!! If you buy a Christmas ornament, you have a limited time to return them after Christmas. Even though the receipt clearly states that you have 90 days from date of purchase to make a return, that does not apply to Christmas ornaments. An asterisk on the receipt would be helpful if you have an ornament that you would like to return!!! I would have gotten into the store by that date!! Putting up a paper sign in your store is only helpful if you frequent that store on a daily basis. I am extremely disappointed in this lame policy. I work in retail and I have had to witness people having a complete meltdown over a return policy that is clearly written on their receipt that they didn't bother to read. I will no longer be frequenting this or any Hallmark store and I suggest the store owner/s adding additional return instructions to their receipts but I know it will...

I went by my local Hallmark here in Pflugerville only to find out they closed at 6:00pm instead of 8:00pm due to COVID. I frantically searched Google maps for another location and called to make sure they were open before driving to the Georgetown location. After getting my graduation gifts wrapped, the kind lady assisting me didn't charge me a dime for her time or for the materials. This never happens to me and as a show of appreciation, I purchased a small trinket to go with my daughter's gifts. This store is like a secret treasure box. It's very clean and organized. The staff are so friendly and I enjoyed holding a conversation with the manager. He was so polite and full of knowledge. He told me about his history with the Hallmark company and I found it very interesting. I felt like I was talking to an old friend! Like I've known him for years! I will most certainly be back to this store even though it is almost an hour away from my residence. It's experiences like this that make...
