If you ask them, they'll tell you the general vicinity of where to look for something in the store but they won't help you find it. If you're looking for shoes, don't even try here. We don't have a Rack or DSW in town, so I've tried here twice and neither time could I manage to get even a hello from the shoe department person, once I'd figured out who it was. (No store uniform, so you have to hang out standing there with several shoes in hand until you see a name tag, only then the wearer still won't talk to you.) No bows and arrows, no adult rink skates... But a GREAT selection of backpacks! I'd highly recommend them for school backpacks. It was ok for most part. I ended up getting what I went in for. Despite the fact not one person greeted me or asked if I needed anything, for almost 20 min when I was searching. Wasn't but a few people there and they certainly were being helped. Someone finally asked after I had 4 pairs of shoes I needed a size for. That person left me in the dark.
