QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Gig Harbor

It was dead when I came in with a couple ahead of me. They ordered 5 bowls. Cool. Except only 1 worker making orders. There were 3 other people working at the time. One was walking around the other was cleaning and 3rd was putting sauces in bottles. The line kept getting longer and longer, almost out the door. How long does the line need to be in order for this girl to get help. Shame on management for not stepping up to help. As well as all the other employees. I've never waited 30 mins in line at a place that's suppose to be fast food. They took just as long as a restaurant. They might as well start seating people and taking orders at tables if this is how they run things. And on top of that I ordered mango salsa with chips and queso with chips and only got 1 small bag of chips for both large containers of salsa/queso means you stole my money and didn't give me what I paid for. Shady business! Service could be better by having an extra employee up front helping making the food. This is the 2nd time I've came in and received the same service. I LOVE QDOBA. Please don't get me wrong, before I moved to Gig harbor area me and my boyfriend ate at the silverdale location quite often and its our favorite"fast food" place! So when we found the gig harbor location we were very excited and of course checked it out, I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable and poorly treated at restaurant before... The girl behind the counter is SO unbelievably rude its unreal!! I got nothing but dirty looks, sarcasm and attitude on just about everything I ordered like it was so wierd at first I thought damn she's having a bad day, (I'm very understanding) she was so mean from start to finish and then she got to my boyfriend to make his food... COMPLETE 180!! She turned her scowl into a sweet smile, dropped the attitude and gave him everything he wanted with a smile and no problems. I was so confused and didn't want to go back but we love Qdoba so much so we've given them multiple chances.. but unfortunately she is there every single time and makes it so uncomfortable for both of us. I was meeting a friend for lunch so this was my first time trying this franchise. I like to review a menu before visiting a place so I can get an idea what I might order. It seems to save time once I visit a restaurant. I tried to find a menu online, but was not real successful. However once in the place it appears the meal preparation is similar to a Subway. Pick your protein/carb/vegetable/sauce. There were a few meal choices or you could build your own meal. Not a huge selection of items so I went with a Chicken Protein bowl. The chicken was bland but the vegetables were flavorful. I did get a small bag of complimentary corn tortilla chips but that was only because my friend told me to mention it to the cashier. Otherwise I would not have known that this was an option. My meal would have been better if they had flour tortillas on the side but the corn chips were perfect for scooping up what was in my bowl.
