I ordered takeout for five people. All five of us like the honey walnut shrimp so we all had it as one of our choices in the "plate" which is 2 entrées and a side. In fact, one of the plates had this entrée x2. The five entrées were dished up, and then set aside as sometimes happens when one or more of the selections are still being cooked. That's fine. What I found strange, and slightly appalling, was when another of the employees proceeded to open up all five boxes and pick through and remove several shrimp from each plate and place them back in the serving bowl in the warming area to be served to a different customer. If there is additional training that needs to be done so that an employee doesn't overfill plates, then have a conversation with that employee, but please don't paw through customers food. In these days of COVID I really didn't appreciate the extra hands in my food, especially when this was the gal who was supposed to be collecting money from customers (at least she was the one that rang me up). You would think that after all of this, that the count of shrimp would be equal across all five plates... Wrong. There were between 7 and 9, and in the case of the "double order" 12. For those of you who don't eat at Panda Express regularly - the honey walnut shrimp is an...
Read moreMy kids love this place. They ask for it at least weekly, and we treat them to it maybe once a month (which likely males them desire ot that much more). When my wife and came across Panda on Hawaii we loved it, and once this location opened we were more than ecstatic.
Pros/positives- Orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, Kung Pao, and Walnut Shrimp. The two children love love love orange chicken, and they will take an arm just to get a few bites. Another great decision-if the item you want to order is low or not looking all that great you can ask them to make a fresh batch. Always a good experience. Oh, the little Havanese love the teriyaki chicken too. A lot. Cons-Negatives- Not much in this category. If anything I would suggest small changes to recipe/ingredient in a couple dishes. The fried rice is good, bit would be even better with the addition of peas, hard boiled egg, and barbeque pork. The king Pep is spicy and I love it, but it is too spicy for the rest of the family. Maybe offer a couple options on spice level, so make same amount bit separate during addition of spices so all can enjoy.

Read moreThe manager Jennifer was very rude to my husband and I. She rushed us through our entire ordering process and kept cutting us off when we spoke. There was no one else in line and no one waiting on food so there shouldn't have been a reason to rush us so quickly. As she was ringing us up the only thing she said to us, rudely, was our total, she grabbed the card finished ringing us up handed it back and then just walked away. Never said thank you or have a nice day and didn't ask if we would like any sauces like soy sauce. She also seemed to be very rude to her employees. I only know she's the manager because I asked on of the other employees if I could speak with the manager on staff and the told me it was her. I've been in a few times before and I do clearly remember her because she has always seemed very rude to both the customers and her staff every time.
If it weren't for the customer service, from the manager, I wouldn't have an issue with this place. All the other staff is very nice. The only issue I've ever had has been with...
