Which Wich — Restaurant in Gilbert

UPDATE I decided to try this place again but it's still not worth the price, especially when the service sucks!

First thing's first....the sandwiches taste wonderful...which doesn't require anything from the workers there.

Unfortunately the service there sucks. I feel bad for the girl that was working there tonight since I'm giving this a bad review...but she was the one doing most of the work versus her coworker who was doing nothing but wrapping sandwiches and playing on his phone in between each sandwich waiting to be taken out of the toaster oven.

The tables were dirty, chips needed to be restocked and service was super slow. It took 15 minutes to get my order and I was just waiting for 2 sandwiches. There was only one other order ahead of mine. To top it off, after I got my first sandwich, I was like "Where's my other one?" because the kid disappeared again to go on his phone. I figured my other sandwich is in the toaster oven still...but it hadn't even been prepped!! The girl was taking orders, prepping sandwiches and cleaning the back counter while this kid was just playing on his phone in the back room. Once she finished with another customer, she started prepping my sandwich and put it in the oven. I could see the frustration in her face at that moment, especially when she took care of wrapping my sandwich after it came out of the oven because the other guy was nowhere in sight. I hope the manager reads these as there's a critical pattern going on between yelp and google reviews. Extremely overpriced sandwiches. Sure they taste good, but so does a toasted subway sandwich or blimpie. Also, last and final time I went to this location, I ordered a club (turkey bacon ham) with extra cheese and mayo. Sure enough, I get back to my work with my sandwich and there's no bacon. CLUB SANDWICHES COME WITH...

My husband and I visited today. Several things seriously wrong, highly suggest an operations manager visit this location. First, the only positive notes....sandwiches were good (even though all my topping were forgotten) and staff had friendly smiles. However, 3 employees not very busy and noted all of the following: not one table clean (we wiped off our own) chips needed restocking empty racks for bags floors had trash in dining area drink station need serious attention - especially wiped down. straws empty- customer noted employee came around re-stocked straws, however ignored excessively low lid stock dirty counter and empty paper towel holders. trash cans full and overflowing as well as empty paper towel holders. Also, note during our time a second employee came around the counter to get a drink while a customer waited at the register. She too paid no attention to mess, finished her drink prep, then assisted the customer.

The eating area was absolutely disgusting and the lack of attention by the employees should definitely warrant intervention...

I was pretty impressed with which wich. Staff was friendly and helpful, I was welcomed when I came in.

The sandwiches offer a range of textures and flavors, it was so hard to decide. At first I felt like it might be slightly over priced, considering subway isn’t far, but than after my first bite I totally agree with the pricing. These sandwiches are so worth it.

The list of favorites makes it easy for those struggling to make a decision, the build your own option makes everything customizable as well. Vegan options as well as light options available.

Atmosphere was clean and fun, the perfect place to grab lunch with a friend.
