Back in 2022, I was browsing for months online, trying to find the perfect engagement ring. I was not interested in a diamond, but rather an aquamarine stone in a halo setting in an oval shape. I fell in love with a particular ring by Neil Lane. However, it was no longer available online. I was so disappointed! My (now) husband and I decided to go to Kay Jeweler's in person to see if there was any chance it was available elsewhere or if it could possibly be custom made. We met Mike! The manager of the San Tan Mall store and he is simply amazing! He looked at the ring I fell in love with and then he made phone calls and he was able to find one of the very last ones available at that time! I was in tears! I couldn't believe it! And to top it off, he was also able to find the wedding band to match! AND they were on sale! I was over the moon! He had them shipped to the store and the rest is history!
We were married in June of that year! That Christmas, my husband surprised me with earrings that matched my ring perfectly that Mike helped him with! Beautiful!
Lastly, my husband wanted to get me the 2nd band to match the other to surround the engagement and then have them soldered together to prevent spinning. Once again, Mike was able to find the exact band and had it shipped to the store and then we sent all 3 to be soldered and cleaned! I just got them back last week and I am so, so happy with them!
We cannot express our gratitude enough! Our experiences at this Kay Jeweler's have been amazing! Mike is a fantastic manager and all around good human! He cares about his customers and goes above and beyond! Top-notch customer service all the way...with the added touch of making us feel like family! Katie even helped us get re-sized and explained how things like time of day or temperature can affect finger size, which was such a thoughtful detail that no one had shared with us before.
