UPDATE: As promised I would revisit my review once my bed had been delivered. Well going on two weeks this Saturday, and apparently my bed has not even left Purple’s possession to be shipped to their third party delivery contractor. From there it’s supposedly another two weeks.

When I called Purple’s support, I was talked down to in a condescending manner, and told that was just the way it is.

When I purchased my mattress I was told it would be delivered in about two weeks. This was apparently completely untrue. My only recourse now is to seek a full refund, as I will not be lied to, and disrespected when making any purchase, much less a nearly $9,000.00 one.

We were helped by a friendly young woman Vanya. She was absolutely pleasant to work with. If I owned my own business, and was in a position to, I would hire her in a heartbeat. An excellent experience all around.

Not once through the entire process did she, or her manager, ask us to buy the mattress. They remained nearby to answer any questions, helped us with product selection, made sure we could try multiple pillows, and otherwise left us to make up our own minds. The quintessential no pressure experience. This should be the way anything is sold, let the product speak for itself.

As many others have commented the beds are absolutely amazing; true they are expensive, but with a 10 year warranty, that works out to $800 a year. They offered 0% financing for 60 months, which thankfully we qualified for. If your credit is good enough I would definitely recommend as laying out $8700 up front is daunting.

I am a little nervous about the delivery experience, I have my fingers crossed; if I have any issues I will update my review, but if you’re reading this more than a couple of weeks after posting, you can assume everything...

My experience with Aaron far exceeded my expectations. When I entered the store the first time, he was so friendly and inviting. During my visit, he actively listened to my needs, provided a logical response to my question(s) and offered suggestions. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything but a heartfelt invite to call for any additional questions. After my visit, I talked with my family as they have Purple beds. I called Aaron back to let him know I would come in the next day to continue my search for the perfect bed at a price point I had in mind. Upon my return, Aaron did not disappoint. He had even arrived a couple minutes early to make sure he was there when I got there. Same level of service, patience and true care to get me fitted to the best mattress. When I made my decision, he even helped with an issue I had with the financing offer, in which we quickly found was an error on the financier. Aaron truly made my experience so enjoyable. Vanya is amazing and SO helpful. She sat me down to try the seat cushions (THREE options now!) plus lumbar support, and answered all my questions. She was SO patient and treated me like a celebrity (I’m not)! I couldn’t move out of that chair once I had chosen the ‘big daddy truck driver’ option…my back felt so much better! I decided on two of those, plus two lumbar supports. She found me the best discount and stacked it with my first responder/medical professional discount which totaled 30% off! Vanya brought me ice cold water (AZ summers!) and I was able to pay from my seat. The only thing she didn’t do was push me out to my car in the chair. :) I already have a Purple seat cushion…the original from 5-6 years ago…but my husband stole it so that’s why I was back for more. I have a spine injury + two major back surgeries, so I NEED comfort for my WFH chair! I won’t lie…I loved my Tempurpedic chair cushion for work…but after 15-18 months, it became too hard. My original Purple has outlived that by 3x and STILL feels like the day...
