Four Nines — Local services in Gilbert

I had a new watch that needed adjustment. So, I brought it to this store. A Representative by the name of Hosneara, walked to me immediately and greeted me warmly. I told her what I needed to do. She was not sure if the adjustment for that watch could be done properly. So, instead of just turning me away, she took time to check with her manager, Kevin, just to make sure that she was correct.

I went back to the car, brought another watch for her to make adjustment. She patiently looked at the watch and assured me that she should be able to take care of that one with no problem. Which she did successfully and beautifully.

While I was waiting for my watch to be adjusted, another Representative, Gary, greeted me and asked me if I would be interested in seeing some of the merchandises they carry in the store. Of course I would love that. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the details of the origin of each merchandise and the cost for my future references. Just to stop by the store, he offered me a nice package of jewelry cleaner and a piece cleaning cloth.

I wanted to sell my white 14k white gold ankh pendant with a 0.50carat ruby in the center. They gave me $420 for the gold. I asked if I could have my ruby back and the salesman said no. That he couldn't get the Ruby out of the gold. I said have a jeweler take it out then return it to me. After contacting them by email requesting my ruby back a spokesperson from four Nines called me and told that they would not return my ruby to me. That it was an "as is" sale and that they are going to keep it without paying me for it. The salesman did not tell me it was an "as is" sale. And it does not say "as is" anywhere on my receipt. This is one way how they make money. By doing bad, crooked business. Beware everyone!! they don't want you to know their dark side of the way they do crooked business.
